Gincy Roshan Thomas is an experienced Psychological and Career Counselor with a demonstrated history of working in the education sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling, Family Therapy and Psychology. She is a certified Career Counselor from National Career Service (NCS) and has obtained a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy and Life Skills education. She is a member of the Counsellors Council of India (CCI).

Gincy works with adults and adolescents alike with a variety of emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties. She also takes counseling sessions for women going through the different pressure of life. Her area of focus is anxiety and related conditions, Scholastic issues, Career counseling, Organizational Skills (Stress, Anger, Time Management, Life Skills and Personality Development), Family, Parenting and relationship issues. In her practice, she evaluates and assesses the individual’s mental health needs and provides intervention through an eclectic approach to address the needs and goals of the individual. The relationship between therapist and client is always her primary focus. She helps the counselee make better sense of their experiences, thoughts, behavior, and emotions.
